J Craniofac Surg:新型生物材料支架可用于干细胞来源的软骨细胞的移植

研究人员从6只雄性Wistar白化型大鼠中提取腹膜内和腹膜后脂肪组织。将脂肪组织样品破碎并孵育。进行软骨分化,对II型胶原、bFGF和Sox-9进行免疫组织化学表征。将分化的软骨细胞植入13-93B3生物活性玻璃支架中并移植到大鼠的右耳中。而对照组中只有生物材料被移植到大鼠的左耳中。

1个月后处死大鼠,行免疫组织化学检查移植区域。左耳对照样本的组织学检查显示生物材料被结缔组织覆盖,其一般结构被保留,支架出现再吸收。在来自右耳的标本中,生物材料被结缔组织覆盖,其结构被保留,生物材料周围存在软骨细胞,免疫组化显示软骨组织的存在。

总之,该研究结果表明,13-93B3生物活性玻璃支架有助于形成新的胶原蛋白和软骨细胞的存活,是一种有前途的新型生物材料,未来将在再生医学领域发挥重要作用。
