这篇研究的目的是通过发光二极管透照法评估手用预备器械、2种旋转系统和1种往返系统预备根管时导致根裂的频率差异。研究将150颗下颌前磨牙随访分为5组(n = 30): 组1, 对照、未预备; 组2, 手用锉预备; 组3, ProTaper Universal旋转锉预备(Dentsply Maillefer, Ballaigues, Switzerland); 组4, OneShape旋转锉预备(Micro-Mega, Besancon, France); 和组5: WaveOne往返系统预备(Dentsply Maillefer, Ballaigues, Switzerland)。根管预备后,在距离根尖3, 6和9 mm的位置流水冲洗下截根。通过光学显微镜在发光二极管透照下在放大40倍的镜下检查牙本质切片颊、舌、近中和远中面是否存在根裂。采用chi-square检验对数据进行统计学分析。结果显示,各组间根裂发生率具有显著性差异(P < .05)。2个单根锉系统根裂发生率明显高于其他3组。在距离根尖3 mm处,组4和5比组1、2和3出现更多根裂(P < .05)。在距离根尖6
