某些药物可能会增加缺血性卒中(ischemic stroke,IS)的风险。2021年10月来自葡萄牙的Jo?o Pedro Marto等在 Stroke 上发表了主题综述《药物相关性缺血性卒中》。该综述目的在于探索常用药物和IS之间的联系。

关联的证据级别定义为,A(高级别的关联证据)到E(高级别的无关联证据)。高级别关联的药物包括,促红细胞生成素、联合避孕剂、口服雌激素替代疗法、贝伐单抗、他莫昔芬、抗精神病药物;中等级别关联的药物包括,帕纳替尼、尼洛替尼、达芦那韦和促性腺激素释放激素激动剂。
