研究还进行了高通量测序,并测量分泌型IgA(sIgA)、β-防御素和Muc2的水平,以评估肠道菌群和粘膜屏障。评估TLR4、NF-kB、TNF-α、IL-1β、氧化应激和肺部湿/干(W/D)比率的表达,以评估肺部损伤。进行苏木精和伊红(HE)染色以评估肠道和肺组织的损伤。据此,肠道微生物群失衡可能调节肺部免疫系统中的TLR4/NF-kB信号通路,激活肺部的氧化应激,通过调节肠道屏障介导肺部损伤。然而,粪便微生物群移植(FMT)通过恢复肠道微生态,损害了TLR4/NF-kB信号通路在肺部的活性,降低了ALI动物的氧化应激。
综上,该研究结果表明,肠道菌群通过调节可能诱发炎症和氧化应激的TLR4/NF-kB信号通路,对调节LPS诱导的ALI的免疫力有保护作用。
