奥密克戎XBB.1.5在美国占比达74.7%,全球亚变体中XBB.1.5,BQ.1.1和CH.1.1居前三位

根据美国CDC本周公布的数据情况,XBB.1.5继续快速增长,本周已占全部病毒株的74.7%。而BQ.1和BQ.1.1均快速消退。其中BQ.1.1下降至15.3%。由于XBB.1.5过度强势,所有的亚变体都处于消退的趋势,包括BN.1,BF.7等。如下图:

在纽约等部门州,XBB.1.5占比高达95%。

从突变株来看,虽然,XBB.1.9略略胜过XBB.1.5,但是由于它整体还小,而且XBB.1.5普遍感染之后,XBB.1.9再传播的难度是相当大的。

从全球公布的基因测序的数量来看,XBB.1.5,BQ.1.1,CH.1.1居前三位。不过,由于美国流行以XBB.1.5为主,同时全球的基因测序上传的数据来看,美国最为积极,因此XBB.1.5排名靠前是正常的,但并不代表其在全球真正的感染人数占住第一位。

这三种XBB.1.5,BQ.1.1,CH.1.1亚变体占住前三位,整体情况暂时没有变化,预计BQ.1.1会逐步下降,而CH.1.1会逐步上升,XBB.1.5在一定时间内仍然居于高位。
