1)“幕后的疲劳”:更为严重且复杂的身体和医疗技术问题优先于疲劳症状,需要医务人员高度关注。所有卫生专业人员都认为疲劳是一种难以解决的无形症状,超出了他们的职责和能力范围,且疲劳本身并不影响治疗,也不意味着对患者有直接的健康风险。专业人员之间以及他们与患者之间关于疲劳的交流有限,这将疲劳进一步推到了幕后。
2)“幕后的脆弱”:护士和社会工作者表示透析患者的心理状况越来越脆弱,并将其与疲劳(高龄、多种疾病、经济和社交问题)联系起来。尽管卫生专业人员认为患者需要心理支持,但多重脆弱性增加了护理的复杂性和强度,进一步加强了以医疗技术为重点的护理和治疗。
结果表明,需要肾脏专业人员就肾病患者疲劳的复杂性进行沟通,并促进跨学科交流和共同责任。透析治疗期间,透析护士经常与患者交流,当患者疲劳加剧且整体状况恶化时,他们会首先注意到这些改变。护士可以在其中发挥重要作用,超越护理技术的必要性,并了解患者在社会环境中的生活经历。
