在该实验研究中,研究人员在体外人乳腺癌模型中评估了氧化石墨烯-银(GO-Ag)纳米复合材料的毒性以优化光动力疗法的参数。采用水热法制备GO-Ag,采用X射线衍射、场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、能量色散X射线分析(EDAX)、原子力显微镜力显微镜和紫外-可见光谱表征GO-Ag。实验是在激光照射下及黑暗中进行,以检查纳米复合材料的光毒性和细胞毒性。

结果显示,MTT测定和细胞内活性氧产生表明GO-Ag存在细胞毒性。光毒性作用研究显示,细胞活力呈剂量依赖性降低,且细胞死亡通过凋亡引起。激光照射下的样品中¹O2的水平明显升高。对实验结果进行统计分析以确认结果的价值和准确性,p值<0.05为有统计学意义。

总之,这些结果表明,GO-Ag纳米复合材料可以作为靶向乳腺癌治疗的潜在应用材料。
