　　会上，山东省肿瘤医院的王永胜教授结合NCCN指南报告了PET/CT在乳腺癌诊治中的应用。

　　王教授指出，PET/CT对早期乳腺癌淋巴结转移的诊断并不敏感，不适用于临床Ⅰ、Ⅱ或可切除Ⅲ期乳腺癌的分期。在常规分期检查结果难以判断或者存在疑问，特别是在局部晚期或转移性患者中，PET/CT可以有效地协助诊断。如果联合常规的分期检查方法，PET/CT还能够检测出局部晚期乳腺癌病例中未被怀疑的区域淋巴结转移和/或远处转移。

　　此外，PET/CT可提早预测乳腺癌新辅助治疗的疗效，包括原发肿瘤及腋窝淋巴结，亦可复发转移病灶的疗效。但是，PET/CT在乳腺癌临床诊断治疗中作用的证据级别相对较低，均为2B级。
