 EXPLORE :正念训练或可减轻医护人员职业倦怠和压力

正念(Minfulness)通常被定义为全心全意地关注在当下发生的事情,从自己的身体感觉,到整个环境的变化。近年来,它作为一种提高幸福感和减少压力的方式越来越受欢迎。

作为维护和调节身心健康的一种方式,正念训练越来越流行。近日,发表在EXPLORE杂志的一项研究显示,通过正念的训练,可减轻医护人员的压力并增强适应能力。

该研究纳入66名医疗保健专业人员,通过正念干预对职业倦怠,压力以及适应能力等方面进行评估。参与人员进行了为期328个月为期不等的正念训练,平均干预时间为12.2个月。

研究人员发现,职业倦怠,压力以及适应能力都有明显改善。正念训练显著减少压力和炎症,并提高睡眠质量和工作投入。然而,如果仅仅是训练一个月,压力和倦怠水平常常会恢复到基本水平。

进一步发现,在完成干预1年后,正念对职业倦怠,压力以及适应能力仍有所改善。为解决当前医疗保健专业人员职业倦怠而采取的正念干预措施需要长期进行正念技巧的训练,以维持其产生的积极的结果。

研究人员表示,自2017年以来,已有580多名员工参加了运动正念计划,尽管COVID-19大流行,该计划仍然强大且不断发展。我们还开发了正念视频,以更快更好的触达到相关人群。

综上,对医疗保健专业人员进行有关正念训练,以帮助他们缓解职业倦怠,压力和适应能力。同时,持续的正念训练是产生积极结果的关键因素。
