Eur Respir J：静脉注射硫酸镁治疗幼儿急性喘息疗效分析！

由此可见，静脉注射硫酸镁对幼儿急性重症病毒性喘息的治疗无效，这一结果与之前证实的儿童早期疗效相反。

对于年龄较大的哮喘急性加重期儿童硫酸镁已被证明是一种有效的治疗方法，但尚未在急性严重病毒诱发的喘息儿童中进行研究。近日，呼吸疾病领域权威杂志Eur Respir J上针对这一问题发表了一篇研究文章。

该研究招募了61名6个月至4岁的儿童。纳入标准为严重喘息，根据呼吸窘迫评估工具（RDAI）在沙丁胺醇初始治疗和急性病毒感染症状来评估，根据评分≥6分来进行分类。随机分配儿童接受输注硫酸镁（40mg·kg-1）或0.9％氯化钠作为安慰剂输液20分钟。该研究的主要结局指标是治疗后6小时的RDAI评分平均变化。

该研究的受试者治疗后6小时内通过RDAI评分的平均值±SD来反映的喘鸣严重程度，研究人员发现接受硫酸镁治疗的受试者为4.7±2.6分，安慰剂组受试者为4.2±4.2分（差异为0.5,95％可信区间为-1.3到2.3，P=0.594）。

由此可见，静脉注射硫酸镁对幼儿急性重症病毒性喘息的治疗无效，这一结果与之前证实的儿童早期疗效相反。
