招募：甲状旁腺功能减退症患者临床试验信息分享

背景信息

我院正在开展一项国内多家医院同时进行的临床试验， 在已诊断甲状旁腺功能减退症至少26周的成年患者中，评价研究药物的疗效和安全性。

本研究是为了评估一种名为TransCon PTH的药物， 这是一种潜在的激素替代治疗药物。将通过预填充注射笔每日皮下注射给药， 评估TransCon PTH如何影响血钙水平。TransCon PTH尚未获得监管部门批准正式上市。

该研究已经获得医院伦理委员会及国家药品监督管理局的批准，现公开招募受试者。本研究计划在全国 10 余家医院招募 76 例受试者。

入选标准

 

如果您符合以下条件， 您可能是本研究正在寻找的患者：

  • 已诊断为甲状旁腺功能减退症至少 26 周

  • 目前已接受至少 12 周的骨化三醇≥0.5 μg/天， 或阿法骨化醇≥1.0 μg/

    天和（元素）钙≥800 mg/天（例如，枸橼酸钙、碳酸钙等）。  

受试者获益

如果您符合本研究所有入选条件并入组到本研究， 您将获得：
  • 研究相关的实验室检查
  • 为期 26 周的研究药物和常规药物治疗（提供药物或报销费用），包括骨化三醇或阿法骨化醇，维生素 D3 和钙补充剂。
  • 为期 156 周（ 3 年）的扩展阶段， 接受阳性药物和常规药物治疗（提供药物或报销费用）， 包括骨化三醇或阿法骨化醇， 维生素 D3 和钙补充剂。
  • 每次访视的交通费及误餐费。
