JCEM:中等强度运动和高强度间歇训练对肥胖成年胰岛素敏感性的影响

HIIT和MICT的胰岛素增敏作用是由最近一次运动产生的因素介导的,而不是由训练产生的适应性所介导。

近日,内分泌和代谢性疾病领域权威杂志Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism上发表了一篇研究文章,研究人员旨在比较了高强度间歇训练(HIIT)和中强度连续训练(MICT)对肥胖成人胰岛素敏感性和其他重要代谢适应的影响。

31名肥胖的成年人(年龄:31±6岁,BMI:33±3 kg/m2)完成了12周(4节/周)的HIIT(10x1分钟,HRmax为90%,1分钟运动恢复);n=16)或MICT(在70%HRmax时45分钟;n=15)。为了评估与体重/脂肪减少无关的运动直接效应,要求参与者保持体重。

HIIT和MICT的峰值摄氧量增加了约10%(p<0.0001),并且体重/脂肪质量没有改变。与训练前相比,最后一次运动后第二天的外周胰岛素敏感性(高胰岛素正常血糖钳位)高约20%(p<0.01),HIIT和MICT之间没有差异。当训练有素的参与者放弃运动4天时,两组的胰岛素敏感性恢复到训练前的水平。HIIT和MICT也诱导了许多参与线粒体呼吸以及脂质和碳水化合物代谢的骨骼肌蛋白质表达增加。训练引起的肌肉脂质分布变化在各组之间也相似。

由此可见,尽管训练强度和运动时间存在很大差异,但运动后第二天,12周的HIIT和MICT诱导外周胰岛素敏感性有类似的急性改善,肥胖成人骨骼肌的长期代谢适应性也类似改变。这些发现支持以下观点:HIIT和MICT的胰岛素增敏作用是由最近一次运动产生的因素介导的,而不是由训练产生的适应性所介导。
