Allegro Ophthalmics披露，该试验符合其主要终点。相比于基线，第28周时risuteganib组48％的患者获得≥8个字母。同时没有报告与药物相关的严重不良反应事件（SAE）。除了完整的最佳矫正视力（BCVA）数据外，Allegro Ophthalmics还将在ASRS上介绍几个患者病例的次要结果。
