磁敏感加权成像(SWI)以T2*加权梯度回波序列作为序列基础,根据不同组织间的磁敏感性差异提供图像对比增强,可同时获得磁距图像(magnitudeimage)和相位图像(phase image)。 SWI在显示脑内小静脉及出血方面敏感性优于常规梯度回波序列,具有较高的临床应用价值。在轻度创伤性脑损伤(mTBI)后慢性期,在磁共振(MRI)检查中经常会发现微出血灶。然而,微出血与脑功能的相关性尚不明确,并且何种MRI序列在验证这一相关性中会有独特的优势还不清楚。本研究旨在探寻MRI序列在验证创伤后慢性创伤后期微出血与脑功能的相关性及其自身价值,并将结果发表在Neuroradiology上。本研究自2008-2015年共纳入了127例mTBI并有创伤后遗症的患者,并分为MRI表现异常组(n = 63 (MRI+ group))和MRI表现正常组(n = 64 (MRI- group))。利用磁敏感加权成像(SWI)和T2*梯度回波(T2*GRE)序列来检出微出血灶。利用二元Logistic回归分析脑功能和微出血灶数目和位置的相关性。SWI发现微出血灶的数目是T2*GRE序列的两倍:341v
